What is a Gong Bath?
Gong Baths are a therapeutic, harmonic experience where instruments (including handpan, singing bowls and chimes) are played over and around you, giving you an unforgettable experience of deep meditation and zen-like peace.
Lay back on a mat and immerse yourself in the sound vibrations. Let them wash over you, relaxing and releasing tension.
Allow the mind to drop into a more silent space, creating room for greater awareness, clarity, creativity and calm.
The best way to experience a Gong Bath is to lay down.
Please bring with you:
Yoga mat (we can provide one if you do not have one)
A pillow, blanket or sleeping bag for comfort
Drinking water to stay hydrated
Wear comfortable clothing
Eye-mask (optional)
